Making delicious dashi couldn’t be easier with our dashi stock boil-pack made with rare Hiroshima delicacy ōba iriko (large dried sardines over 8cm long). Iriko dashi has long been a staple of traditional Japanese food in Hiroshima. We’ve carefully selected these rare ōba iriko, known for their tasteful and elegant aroma, as well as strong umami and deep rich flavor when compared to standard iriko. Thanks to our unique blending technology, we’ve created a dashi stock that tastes great without the need for extra salt, making it perfect for low sodium diets (no salt added!).
